Acoustic Bluegrass, Classic-country, Old-time and Folk music
Learn to play above the 5th fret, take solo-breaks, play backup, appreciate rhythm and syncopation, and improvise. Expand your knowledge and understanding of the fretboard, all without tablature. Jam etiquette will be included.
This workshop will be tailored to students and seasoned musicians who know the chords and can play songs without stopping or breaking time.
The workshop concepts are applicable across all genres of music and all chord-based string instruments.
Students may record the workshop for personal use .
