Grammy-nominated musician Joe Troop is bringing his new group, including Omar Ruiz-Lopez, Ramon Garcia, and Brevan Hampden, for bluegrass with a world music twist. Omar (classically trained violinist) is of Caribbean heritage, Brevan has a jazz & R&B influence, and bassist Ramon is of Mexican American heritage. If you know Joe Troop and his spectacular band Che Apalache, you know you can expect the same high level of musicianship, activism, and fun with Joe’s new band.
