The Bluegrass, Folk, and Old Time Music Jam is in its twelfth year. The Jam is a multi-generational event where people can come to play their instruments or just listen to all styles of acoustic music from Bluegrass, Old time, Folk, and Celtic. It’s a family-friendly mix of music and fun. The Bluegrass, Folk and Old Time Music Jam was started by the owners of The Old Furniture Factory, where it is held ,strong>the last Friday night of each month. The Jam draws musicians and audiences from all over the region, including from Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, and surrounding counties in Virginia. Providing a destination for musicians to gather, which provides a very desirable focus for helping to promote Loudoun County as a tourism destination. The Bluegrass, Folk, and Old Time Music Jam is ideal for musicians and music lovers of all ages. Visitors are welcome to bring an instrument and join in on the jam.

Our new location is upstairs in the Oakton Church of the Brethren Sunday school building.
The dates are the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month, i.e. Oct. 27, Nov. 11, and Nov. 26.
