A one-of-a-kind duo fusing the best of the Venezuelan llanero tradition and Appalachian bluegrass, Larry & Joe are coming to Joe’s Movement Emporium in Mt. Rainier, MD. The duo is based in North Carolina, with Larry hailing from Monagas, Venezuela. Joe is a North Carolina native who spent a decade living in South America. He dedicated his pandemic years to working with asylum-seeking migrants after his own “latingrass band” went into hiatus.Their musical heritages are on full display and come together to break frontiers in the arts. Larry & Joe’s powerful story is inspiring and we hope you can experience it live!
