We currently maintain four monthly jams around the Greater DC area. DC Bluegrass Union supports composers- authors of both songs and instrumental compositions. We handled nearly 200 combined entries for the Mike Auldridge Instrumental Contest and the Hazel Dickens Song Contest, awarding a total of $1,700 to the top three selections in the two contests.
